I'm really enjoying this! My characters belong to me darn it, and now they really and truly do!

Next up are Auron and Lairen.

These two were both fun and easy to do. Auron's nose looked better before I inked it, it looks kinda crooked now, but I've still got the technique nailed down.

Anyway, here is the list of changes that will make my characters into anthros.

1. No more peach furred arms. Any characters with this trait will now have their arms covered with fur matching their main color.

2. All characters will have last names. No more Auron the Greywolf for example, he is now Auron Graham. The rest of my characters will be given last names if they need them.

3. All ears will have feathered tips. My lynx character Mackenzie will have ears that are disctintly lynx looking. These feathered tips are just part of my trademark style. It doesn't mean my characters are all part lynx.

4. All of my characters will have this new eye style. Ears will be drawn larger. Characters will now have toes. They'll have necks, and furrier tails.

5. Most of my characters will now go without gloves. Elianaron and Aranelion are two lone examples of where they'll keep their gloves. I think they look better with them, but most of my characters will be losing their gloves. Both Auron and Lairen lost theirs, even though I liked Lairen's.

6. Finally, characters will have small cosmetic changes, in anything from hair style, to outfits, and other random bits.

A good example of number three can be seen here. All species who have visible ears will have them feathered in a different way. Take a close look at Aranelion and Elianaron's ears. They have hedgehog ears and are both tipped in that particular style. Lairen and Camillia are both cats and have that same feathering on their ears. Auron is my only wolf character, so his ear tips are unique to him.

There were no changes in outfit with these two, minus taking away the gloves. As you can see Lairen's tail is frayed like Camillia's is. I also feathered the ends of Lairen's hair, and I feathered her bangs. Other changes were minimal, namely the face.

Auron is the big winner when it comes to changes. I want to get as far away from the old style as possible, and that started with the white fur in his ears. I like it better that way. I also worked on the styling of his bangs, adding the locks to the top of them. His hair is now different as well, but not much. The locks are simply a bit looser.

Like I said, his nose looked perfect before I inked it, but now it looks kinda crooked. I added the black marks on his snout...can't remember who inspired that idea. I tried changing the style of the white feathers of fur on his face, but one side looks really different from the other. Still, you can see what I was going for. I also changed the style of his tail. He still has his bracelets, again, inspired by Aaron.

Now, for rule number 2. I had to give both Lairen and Auron last names, and I was inspired by myself and Aaron, and what went into creating these two. Remember Auron and Lairen are supposed to be mixtures of Aaron and me. While Lairen is based off of me, she has parts of her personality that were inspired by Aaron, not to mention her name sounds like his name with an L in front of it.

Auron is based off of Aaron but has bits of him that were inspired by me. His name is basically mine without the L.

So I decided that their last names should be inspired by us and this mixture. Lairen I decided would have a last name with two syllables in it, just like Aaron's last name has two syllables. I came up with the last name Bristol. ...yes, it begins with a B like his does too, but that's as far as I was going to go with it.

My last name, as much as I hate it, has one syllable in it, and so Auron's had to have one syllable. It was originally going to be Gray, but I thought that was too plain. I decided on the last name Graham, for Auron.

So I give you Lairen Bristol and Auron Graham.

They're the only couple based on Aaron and me that aren't married yet, well, yes they have two sons, Alex and Elias, in WoLaD, but I haven't gotten that far with the story yet. In stories about Aranelion and Camillia and Zenith and Halo, the couples have been married...Lairen and Auron haven't yet.

And I think it's fitting...since they're basically me and Aaron in anthro form and aren't just...based off of us.

Since Aaron and I haven't gotten anywhere, why should these two?

But I digress.

Next I'm doing Kashkie Erendei and Jade Lightning. That'll wrap up my main characters. I think after that I'll do the rest of my Anti-characters, then draw them in anthro form, and pick from a list of 40+ characters to start converting.

Both Lairen Bristol and Auron Graham belong to me.
