And with this picture the series of five for the story "More Than Innocent" is complete!This is actually the second picture in the series.
And it's cropped. I like how it looked with the half body shot, down to their waists, but I kinda messed up Zenith's arms, plus I like this shot.
This is the second part of the story where Halo is facing murder charges and finds out she is pregnant before the trial can take place. Afraid of being falsely accused and winding up in prison in this condition, she wants to run away.
Nadir isn't sure of the idea, and insists that Halo should stay and defend her innocence. Halo just wants to run, knowing pregnant women can be abused in prison, and she wouldn't be able to raise her baby.
Zenith is torn, but decides it's better to run, not wanting to be separated from Halo, or for her to be separated from him, to the point where they can't raise their child together.
So Zenith chooses to run with her, and places it on Nadir's shoulders to prove Halo's innocence before time runs out. While they hide from the cops, Nadir must find a way to bring the real killer to justice.
That's what's going on here. Zenith is clutching his wedding ring that hangs off his necklace, making the choice to flee. At this point he'll do whatever he has to to protect Halo and his unborn child, even if it means going back to breaking the law.
Anyway, I drew Zenith's hand small, and hence his arm was small. The other one was small too, which is partially why I cropped it out. I'm torn because I like the full body shot too. ..Don't know what to do here XD
Well, now that the pictures are done I can start the story!
It'll be a nice little break from WoLaD

This is such a wonderful character. But one question. Why is he so sad?

Which one? XD They're both kinda sad XD
The one facing forward, Zenith, is sad because his wife, Halo, has been falsely accused of murder. She was going to stand trial, but found out she was pregnant before the trial could begin. She's afraid of what could happen to her in prison if she was somehow found guilty and loses her confidence, so she tells Zenith she wants to run away.
Nadir, the one facing sideways, is his twin brother. He's sad because he doesn't think it's a good idea to run away. Zenith is upset because he doesn't know what to do. He's clutching his wedding ring that he wears on a cord around his neck, and here he's made the decision to run away and do whatever he can to protect Halo.
Nadir will stay behind to try and find a way to prove her innocence.
But that's why they're sad.
