Okay, I DID use a REFERENCE for this. People ask me if it's wrong to use references...I sure as hell don't think so. You can't copyright a pose. Using something as a reference isn't the same thing as coloring over a base.

Using references is just how you learn. I must say I was surprised at how well this came out XD

However I will tell you what I referenced it from! The ironic thing is that the person who did the picture I used as a reference used a picture that someone ELSE had done as a reference. I didn't notice that until later, go figure

Yeah that's shameless promotion of RokuNami, my FAVORITE Kingdom Hearts couple <3333 *cough* lol

Anyway it might be hard to tell but this is Othadious and Autumn holding hands. His glove makes it pretty obvious that it's him, but with Autumn you just have to assume it's her, since all you see is her blue sleeve.

But yeah...their fathers continue to fight, and yet Autumn and Othadious, despite their differences, continue to grow closer and closer together. Now they have a young son, Matikai, and though UnDark and UnLight still have their feuds, they're determined to give Matikai lots of love, and have him grow up happily, unaffected by the stupid fight their fathers are waging.

Now just imagine this picture with a tiny little hand reaching up to try and touch theirs. I thought that up after I had scanned it and everything because man wouldn't that be CUTE!!? But oh well I still think it's sweet enough ^^

But yeah...I had the reference in my devWatch and was looking at it while drawing the picture with UnDark and Akaious. I had room left on the paper so I decided to sketch it. It came out so good that I just had to finish it up. I don't always use references but I'm def. okay with using them. It's how we learn after all. I think it's helped me learn more about how to shape fingers.

Note: This was drawn AFTER UnDark's awkward hands were done X_X
