Light materialization and dematerialization (transportation) *slow, like a fax machine*

Royalty (at age 3, if the child has extremely hard times at breathing, they are
more than likely inheriters of the Raigeki bloodline and must be maimed all across
their body so they can *breath* correctly and bathed in sunlight)

Give off light at will (possibly at extreme amounts to blind opponents)

Jutsus: Light Clones (like Naruto's Kagebunshin)

Light Transportation (this jutsu makes the light materialization teleport instantaneous)

Gate Release *i.e. Rock Lee's Lotus* (His body can handle low level release without strain)

Light Sword Jutsu (Generate a sword by putting light into this special sheath)

Heya! I created a character for the manga of Naruto. His name is Roi Kokoro and he's from Kinetic Village (Village Hidden in the Light). This village specializes in manipulation of light. It's customary for all children in sacred bloodlines to have their bodies trained starting at age 3. The more scars you have and the deeper they are on your body, the more fame you had in the village. But it is EXTREMELY dishonorable to have a deep scar on the face, and if you are of sacred blood... you are shunned by your other family members and sent to live in the Forest of Disgrace with all other sacred bloodline carriers who ended up with the same fate.

Roi Kokoro is the successor to the lineage of light benders. This bloodline allows the body to generate light with little to no chakra and manipulate light without chakra as well. Light jutsu's however consume EXTREMELY big chunks out of your chakra because of the nature of light. He specializes in turning his own body into pure light and reconfiguring at anyplace that light is present. His body is well trained and is as solid as a diamond.

Anyways, i was bored and came up with a little comic sketch... these are shown in the 4 pages following this submission ^_^
