Or as I’m gonna call it: The Creature-Dex

Alternate title given to me by a friend of mine that I honestly really like: The Rex-Dex!

As you many mayhave remembered I did a bestiary page for a friend of mine ( you can see it here: www.deviantart.com/rexander134… ) which reignited my desire to create my own bestiary. Unfortunately, I'm not in a position where I can put any effort into the concept fully, but when I put some thought into it, I sketched out how I may wanted to do each creature page entry for this project I hope to do. Of course each page layout will change depending what presented.

One idea I've been set on since my desire of my own bestiary came back up, is putting together a "team of creature researchers" who studies the creatures
the current members of that team includes, myself, (when she has the time of course), and a character I haven't shared yet. I have one spot reserved for another friend of mine, but I am open for more members of my team. I don't have a set number for my full team, so I may be up for some potiental "recruitment" sometime next year

And onto the layout and for each section of the layout I put some thought into:

Creature name: Nothing to hard, merely the name of the creature presented

Profile image: standard image of the creature presenting

Symbol: What the creature is classified as, represented by a image of the creature's

Basic facts: Mostly Bullet points displaying some simple information like what the males, Females and young are known as, their diet, known Prey/predators, ect.

Size and Weight: A size scale of the creature presented to the generic humanoid shape.

Information: Detailed facts of the creature, explaining their behavior, biology, and sometimes lore.

Optional box: Now these are basically for any, where it be images of creature doing what they naturally do, or spots for members of my team to explain interesting aspect of said creature ,such as anatomy or lore.

I honestly feel proud of how these layouts turned out. Goes without saying that this is still a work in progress, but I’m confident that this is a good start for this fun project I hope to do
