Well first of all, I'd like to know what those men are wearing that seems to make them ACTUALLY bullet proof. Since real life body armor is very rarely that durable, especially against rifle calibers such as .308, 5.56 or 7.62.
Secondly, John Wick doesn't have a whole lot of Dakka, but he doesn't need it. He can make a smaller amount of Dakka go a long long way.
Where as I will be the guy to have a lot of Dakka at once. Like Bullet Farmer from Mad Max, the majority of my inventory is weapons and ammo.

I want their armor. Because at first he's just shooting them and all that happens is a spark and them knocked down from the kinetic force, but that's it.
My strategy is always to carry one gun for every occasion I may run into.
Enemy too far away? Sniper rifle
Enemies too close? Shotgun
Enemies at decent range but move too quickly? Automatics
Enemies with heavy armor? Explosives
Groups of enemies? More Explosives
Massive group of enemies but not enough explosives? Fully automatic heavy weapon
Setting up a trap? Mines and Remote Detonators.
Balance between automatic and a sniper? Semi Auto high caliber rifle.
Something good all around and using an ammo I usually don't use? Pistols and SMG's.
NO ONE is safe.

Sure this is the most fiction John Wick has ever been. But maybe this is a PMC addition of some kind of 10x layered sub dermal armor. Because these fuckers took on 2 MP5 clips and just stood their reloading and then proceeded to annihilate The Continental staff!

And if not, well the fire will already start to destroy any nerves, tendons and muscles that allow the corpse to move, so either way they won't be an issue for long. And if not, well a big ass Gatling gun or even an LMG should fix that issue.
Then EMP it. And if that doesn't work, find a fault in its programming, and if that don't work, find away to trap it like collapsing a building on it, or tossing it down a well and pouring cement over it.
