yes, still there. a lot of people must pass over it without seeing, I had myself a few times, then I saw it and thought, "hmm - utility company message to itself? or - could it be - art!"

I just think it's so very cool...I'm imagining the the crew that got to stop making all their standard everyday molds (or whatever) and being handed the project.
Or, if Lawrence Weiner simply did all the work himself
