I believe that we have a serious "R"-issue here. Though I am glad that we do not have a "N"-issue here, which would even be much worse ! Yes !

Yes, the help desk is experienced with "R" issues but "N" issues are difficult and in fact "O" issues are the worst of all - sometimes the operating system itself has to be replaced
