This was on a side street, I wandered around on foot a bit after driving up to the monastery and back. Problem was it was cold outside that weekend! Not nice out like today. But I saw this house and the shot worked well.

You should have dragged the pink chair out of your trunk and edged it into the frame....

HAHAH!
Sorry..hehe
I'm being weird no but...
It's funny to me for on some stupid psychological level for me.
I see the whole pale blue peeling wall has major envy
issues of the striking sexy little blue plug
getting shit plugged into him all the time.
Like it gets ..er..alot of 'action' right in front of him.
The little gay window on the other hand is all like.
"What is the deal with your color boys don't fight!
Clear IS the new color!"

That is the comment of the month right there - it's only the sixth day of November but no one else is going to come close

thanks, Hanne. i saw those trees while editing, as i said to Hanan - they made the shot even better than i had thought it would be

to me is the perfect combination to show a state of sickness or weakness. Fragile combination. I would paint hospitals in this combination and proportion as it is here.
I read while ago some study about color and influence above people, and, said that we should paint kitchen in light blue if you want to lose weight because it seams curb appetite... and a little pink, sure, it's for smile on face

thanks for the thoughtful comment. I see a kind of delicacy to the colors that goes along with your observation.
And I saw that same thing about blue color and eating in a New York Times story last week!

sincere, I'm not fan of these colors... but I like speculate them in "my favor" sometimes . Beside light hue of pink as it's here is a magician color.
ooo... so I'm quite up to date with info

Thanks, Lisa! I saw this from the sidewalk and actually stood in the middle of the street to shoot it - quiet side street luckily!

that's what i was thinking too - but in worn old wood instead of nice soft blankets and clothes.
and thanks very much. i tried a few different crops (of course) and this seemed to work best. didn't see the trees till i was editing but i liked them too.
