ha! the fortieth reunion of my college graduation is this year. an old friend asked me if i wanted to go to the celebration... we talked it over... both said "i guess not!"

I like that the main paper has a look of weathered skin; makes it all more ....supple, or like a moveable feast. Not certain what I mean by that. Β It's very nice.

Thank you! Yes, that's some old, thick paper that turned up. It sort of has time in its very texture - which was not consciously on my mind as I made the piece, but it fits well.

Oh, neat about the owls. We hear them here sometimes but not yet this year. What a wonderful day this was - 77 degrees. The bears will be arriving soon, I've already put bungee cords on my garbage can.

They're complementary colours on the colour wheel. Like red and green.

I try not to overdo those combinations but was happy with how it worked here
