if u wanna re-paint him try hitting him with carb-cleaner, takes the paint right off a metal mini. You can get it at any auto-parts store for like 2-3 bucks a can...wear eye protection when ur spraying him. i usually spray them over a small glass bowl so it catches the carb-cleaner then ill let them soak in the bowl for a little while, then hit em with a toothbrush. I gotta do this all the time cause i get used stuff off ebay often.
