Where do you find the outerglow option? my version of photoshop is crappy (elements 6)
but it's a great tutorial i think it will come in great use of making lightning Bwahehehe

Try looking under "layer," then "layer style," and look around for "outer glow" somewhere later on. The controls are more crude, but they work. I have elements 8, but, hopefully, this helps for 6.
