Its actually really easy. You need a img editing program like gimp or photoshop that will let you do multiple layers, get a good vector on one of the layers and cover the other layer in the text you want. After you do that goto the layer that has the text use select by color on what ever color the text is, goto the layer with the vector use invert selection and erase everything, you should be left with this. (idk if the tools are called the same in photoshop I use gimp)
