Thank you for this image! She is one of my favourite character for many years.
By the way, could you tell a few words about the image, which is sometimes referenced as 'X5 (T-Minus 45)'? What is a story behind it? This image produced a great impression upon me many years ago and is still stay one of my favourits.

You're welcome.
-----------------------------------------
X-5 is set in an alternate reality, where they are about to take their first steps into space.
X-5 is the 5th rocket they are trying to send up. X-1 exploded on launch. X-2 to X-4 went up smoothly then all contact was suddenly lost. No matter what they tried, there was no trace to be found of them. The rockets simply seemed to have disappeared in thin air... uh, space.
Still determined, maybe more now then ever to get into space and to find out what happened to the other X-ships, we are now 45 minutes before the launch of X-5. With the newest communication equipment this world can produce and a special hull coating that hopefully protects the ship and its passenger for whatever it may encounter out there in cold harsh space. Β
The female astronaut is anxious but also exited. The later she blames on her state of the art skin-tight spacesuit. The former because she has no idea what awaits here once in space and she's well aware she could disappear too...
-----------------------------------------Β
I guess in the end she vanished tooΒ Β as I currently have an X-6 in 'development'. Β I too like the "epic" or 'monumental' look/feel 'X-5' has. Problem I have is not to repeat myself and still have this "epic" feeling to it, so that will take some time before I'm happy.

Wow! It's amazing! Looking at that picture I read almost the same story many years ago! You told it without any word. So beautiful and breathtaking and it gives me a full scope for imagination... Thank you a lot!
And it will be great, if the story will be continued. I am eager for this!

Well, obviously she has several almost identical pairs of boots, and her servent made a mistake when fetching her clothes this morning!
It's a great pic, one of my faves.

Oh man! I had this image as my wallpaper for so long, it's imprinted in my memory!
And each time I see an image of yours somewhere, with your credit removed, when possible, I always add a comment in the line of "This image was made by 4F. If you want to see the original, and a bunch of equally great stuff, go to..."

Cool to hear about the wallpaper!
And thank you for the help with the credit! I know you're not the only one and I never can properly thank you and the others for doing what you do but trying to improve on what I do and hope you like the end result.
Thank you!Β
