The only thing I see that's not right is that the saber's back wheels arn't extended (the rims didn't poke out)

That is true but I can argue that the rear wheels don't poke out all the time. It's been a while since the last time I watched the series but I remember the wheels only extend when Vert does his spin attack (but I could be wrong since I didn't check for myself.)
