Oh my gosh ! That looks so damn good! I love the colours and the character
to help with backgrounds watch lavendertowne’s video about backgrounds it help a lot!
one of the points is to have the character looking away from the “camera” aka us.. it’ll make them seem more “real” by making them look at something maybe in the distance/ above camera
also..

I've considered watching those videos before and I think I will when I have more free time to practice, heh
and about the eyes
I don't think I was thinking of them that much as I was distracted by trying to get the colors to go together somewhat well
... and I'm just not that great at eyes, haha
but I'll definitely keep the eyes in mind next time
also yeahhh
pretty much all my male characters look very feminine
anyway
