Those armor concepts are pretty great! The nice mixture of metal and leather gives it an appealing aesthetic. Not as stiff and lifeless as pure metal plate mail, but definitely has a heavy armor feel.
Assuming that Sophia is the red headed girl, her chest seems flat on her right side. Not like... small breasts, but like the armor and body has been warped and it's form flattened.

Yeah, It's cause I just put a flat chainmail texture over it, it has no depth xD due to my "I wanna make them cartoony" idea :')

Yeah! Got my bf to try dnd and he made a warrior dragonborn and I made a tabaxi warrior who uses dual whips xD Here's a sketch I made of the 2 of them :3

Oh and I got a few characters who became villains, but either at the end of the campaigns or like as NPCs after I stopped playing them and our GM just introduced them in future games.

Currently running a game weekly myself, and playing a Tiefling Warlock in another. Frankly she's a bit sociopathic and definitely a villain, but more "I'll do whatever I need to get what I want, but what I want isn't all that devastating" so definitely not as bad as the campaign's actual villain.
