ONE PIECE OC LilyHer name is Lily, my originality design of the ONE PIECE OC, I like design OC,pictures belonging to me.
She is a pink hair girl, wearing a long skirt, like Cape Department at her waist.
Her eyes on that thing, is just a decoration,She not only has one eye.
She and gulls are good friends, she can understand the language of gulls.
This picture is for my good friend ~Lilyzou, so the OC name is Lily, in fact, I always called her " 茉莉 ", pronounced is "moli ".

However I would very much like to have you do the commission I have been looking everywhere I can think online for a good artist to do this One Piece OC. Also if you would be will to accept the commission then what would be the best way for me to send you the design details to submit it to you.
