THAT'S NOT ALL THE STEPS!Once you have your two colors,click on the selected eye and it should end up looking like the picture above.(Or differently depending on the color you chose.)
I should've checked my spelling....It's Ellipse Tool not Eclipse... not really good at tutorials...In fact this is my first one.
