Break it down into the specific parts you need -- most of them we were able to buy (the army/navy store is going to be your best friend here). For the knee pad things, we basically just bought some generic knee pads and painted them the correct color using acrylic paint. Also, under-armor for the top part. It was hard to find it in the correct shade -- we ended up knowing someone who just happened to have exactly what we were looking for.
