This is my entry for Blissy's current contest of drawing Rainbow Brite with Lightning Bliss! I gotta say, black lineart is a lot easier than colored lineart.I personally have never seen even the original Rainbow Brite, unless you count the Kids Stuff videos of the books (Gloom Over Rainbowland, Twink's Surprise, etc.). But I hope this fanart shows at least some of the love that went into the original.
There's about 2/3 of a plot behind this picture...a plot that sadly might never leave my head... Oh well...
