So for those that didn't know, I love Rainbow Bright the orginal series. I loved the 80s charm and still do to this day. So I figured, hey, let's replace those two famous horses from the show, "Starlight" (Lightning Bliss) and "Sky Dancer" (Eliyora) and replace them with some well known OCs. Course I have the carry Rainbow Bright, you know... Rainbows? lol! And Eliyora and Stormy fit perfectly together, they both like to have fun in a very "light'em up" sort of way.Eliyora OC owned by:

I like the original Rainbow Brite, too. Have you SEEN the reboot? Hand lasers are just completely overdone and overrated. And the art style, Brrrr. I think I'll stick with the 80s.

Hmm, I wonder what other MLP/Rainbow Brite crossovers might look like. (looks up Rainbow Brite in Wikipedia and looks into the Color Kids)

A fashion-oriented, type-A personality, Lala can come off as a little pushy and overbearing sometimes, though she usually means well.” Sounds just the slightest bit like GoldenFox, but not fully sure on that.
“Canary Yellow’s personality is cheerful and optimistic. With a sunny disposition, Canary likes to cheer everyone up and make them smile. Her laid back and easy going nature can make her naïve at times, making her an easy target for Murky Dismal; Canary is the Color Kid who gets captured the most.” For the most part, that sounds like Keyframe.
“Patty O’Green’s personality is mischievous and lively. Patty enjoys playing practical jokes on her friends, though her genuine sweetness usually forgives any upset. She loves life and nature. She can be prideful at times and has been known to brag that life on Earth couldn’t thrive without her color.” Emerald Comet. Enough said. ^_^
“Buddy Blue’s personality is athletic and valiant. He lives and breathes physical fitness and excels in every sport. He can often be heard trying to sign up the Color Kids for one organized sport or another, when he’s not lecturing them on the virtues of a healthy diet. If Buddy’s not playing sports or working out, he’s likely to be found meditating to the peace and calm of the blue skies and waters of Rainbow Land. He always makes an effort to bring peace and order to any conflict among his friends.” … I…I got nothing. Sounds like the combination of NickyV’s passion for sports and Finn’s ambition for peace.
“Indigo’s personality is dramatic and creative. She is a performer at heart, often making grand entrances in imaginative costumes or reciting lines from famous plays. More than anything, Indigo wants to be an actress and is often seen rehearsing for her big break. Some find her overly dramatic or call her a dreamer, but Indigo thinks of herself as an artist with aspirations.” Sounds very much like Thespio!
“Shy Violet’s personality is intellectual and resourceful. She can often be found reading, writing, or working on her theories about color. Shy Violet is Rainbow Brite’s go-to Color Kid for problem solving. Though Violet is extremely shy, she never hesitates to speak up when offering advice; and when she speaks, the other Color Kids listen.” Well, this sounds just like Dr. Wolf…except that he’s not a pony and therefore can’t be Violet’s way of getting to places faster… (shrug)

Kinda reminds me of Care Bears. It's almost as if Im the only one who likes the new Strawberry Shortcake, the old Care Bears and My Little Pony. I'm not really that involved in them, but I'm designing my own OCs for them for my fantasies, so there's no need for complications. its all just for fun!

One of my fave episodes involves Stormy during the horse race. While Murky's clouds had everybody pinned to the ground, Stormy is walkin around like a boss.
