They truly believe that they're making the world a better place for humans to live in. The 'X' on his scarf represents elimination, and the white dot represents the sun in the dawn of a new age.

Fighting style: He jumps out from the shadows, punches stuff and alternatively, stabs it with his special dagger. He's pretty straightforward when it comes to that. But usually he has his minions dispatch things for him.

I didn't want to write very much about him because he's supposed to be mysterious...
