Description EDIT: 21 favorites?! In ONE DAY?!! Thank you guys so much! I'm glad I'm helping you with my little tips and tricks to MMD.

I have been doing this little trick a lot so I wanted to share what I do to make a texture a whole complete layer. I promised you guys this tutorial when I made Frisktir and Charatir. So anyway, I hope you enjoy. It's explained by Rizumu this time!

i didn't really understand this-
i know it's simple but i'm just confused at the bit where you actually add the texture.

First, you delete everything including physics and joints and then type in the texture of the picture you want. Then save it as a different model. Once you did that, open your original model and find the thing you just saved. Then add it on.

sorry for the late reply-

i do understand that part, but its the bit where you actually use the uv move texture thingy-
the texture i'm using won't move-??
sobs im sorry, i suck at explaining-

It's an entire separate layer at this point. You can select it from the materials and go to the control options and go to UV.

i know what you mean, but i just don't understand how you actually move/shape the texture until its how its meant to be-

So do you mean how to move the entire layer or just the texture?

Question has this ever happened to you one time? It's been happening to me with the last two models I made.

Extra joints?

Only joints on the models are on the skirt of the dress and their hair, and when I take off the joints, the physics go all over the place.
