Description
So this is the main reason Keiko's been taking as long as she has, because I've been stuck on her hair for a while xDIn all honesty I've never actually made low back ponytails before.
Yeah I've done Miku about 3 times now but she's a high pony not a low one.
but I honestly think I can be proud with this outcome
Her bangs aren't done yet but thankfully they aren't to far from Miku's are so they should be easy to make.
Then it's just hat and front bow on her shirt
Also, I figured out a way to do the yellow part of her skirt!
That one did have me stumped for a while >_<

I would have done the hair to be a flat ribbon like the main ref but the ref on the side that's just the hair looks better in 3D form

Like, when I tried modeling it, it looked like a ribbon (and flat because it had to be flattened to have that look.)
I you look at the ref image and you look at the drawing of the actual character, you'll see the difference between the hair here and the hair on the character itself are slightly different.
When I looked at it, it reminded me of like Human/Midna's bangs and how they are modeled.

The ponytails under the little holders look kinda like ribbon to me.
but upon looking at her more it came to become this.
