If I had a nickle for everytime I heard someone say that about one of my clouded leopard pictures... I'd be rich. I don't know what it is, but something about the way I do my scanning and color correction makes clouded leopard noses glow. I swear, they don't glow in real life.

Aww..I didn't mean it as a reflection on your scanning abilities. I have a bengal cat at home with very similar markings. His nose looks like that too. It's just the result of the splash of pink against all those neutral tones. I think it's very endearing (and cold!). So, do I get my nickle back?

We have always liked clouded leopards, so we take *way* more pictures there than anywhere else.
