Really gorgeous shot. I like the spot light (or natural light) on the wall on the back: it's particularly interesting because there are so many rich grays there--lots of tone variance, whereas the face is fairly high contrast with the background. So the wall gives the image much more depth.
Just beautiful lighting, though--the light really showcases her beauty.
