It looks like she's got a buzzsaw on her head. Or a weird axe blade.
Which makes me think, "Hassan CHOP!" from the Warner Bros. cartoons.

It's better than tipping over every time she tries to walk around.
I'm not familiar with Hassan CHOP...which is weird because I've always been into all the cartoons.
I saw this movie the other night on Here! tv called Surge of Power. It's about a gay guy that gets super powers from a freak accident in a laboratory (where else?)...the villain also gets super powers. The acting was god-awful, but it was funny. Anyway, the villain gets magnetic powers and ends up wearing this humongus magnet on his head.

Hassan Chop is from a cartoon with Bugs and Daffy.
Hassan is an oversized caricature of a Forty Thieves type who is in fact guarding a huge treasure. He goes around, mostly saying "Hassan Chop." Daffy gets all greedy and ends up having to run to Bugs for help, only to run a-fowl of a genie. The 'toon in questions is Warner Bros. Ali Baba Bunny from 1957.

Well, I definitely would have seen that...I just don't remember the character's name. You are a wealth of information, my friend.

Yeah, and I just cannot convince people to make me a reference librarian.
You'd think they'd want someone who has all of this trivia in his head.
