The main legendaries, yes, but when I captured Girantina in Pearl, he was 75 and I got whopped about 5 times before I captured it with a nest ball.

Why... oh. The same reason Rayquaza was a level 70 in Emerald We could've handled a level 70 in Platinum! I mean, one badge and boom! One king of ghosts, ready to serve!
