It's a pun based on a crucial conversation between Winry and Ed, toward the end of the fullmetal alchemist manga. Ed uses 'equivalent trade' to propose a romance, but Winry responses that he can have her unconditionally, not 50/50, but "all of it". I think it was featured in the FMA Brotherhood anime too, but I advise to read.
