Jason grace, Leo Valdez, and Piper Mclean.So, explaining the title, Jason was created to be the strongest demigod in the party, right? So, why I can't see him being stronger than Leo? talking about powers, Jas have power above the air and lightnings ... ok. BUT LEO CONTROLS THE FREAKING FIRE !! AND HAS (had) A FREAKING DRAGON!! AND CONTROL ALL THE MACHINES !! He is such a badass ...

I have to agree, Jason is a good leader (he does have Praetor experience, remember) but there's just something so incredibly alluring about Leo- then again I tend to root for the underdog! That, and all du ladies luv Leo...

I see it how Rick planned it. Leo has 0 leadership qualities. Sorry, fangirls, but a boy that runs away whenever things get too much is not cute for leadership. I love him just as much as the next fangirl, but...Jason is much more cut for a leader role. He isn't 'boring' or 'less fun'...or, maybe he is a little bit...but that's apart of his character. He's strict, he's kind of a stick in the mud, he's cautious - he's Roman. I like Jason as a leader, not Leo. I love Leo, but not as a leader.

I understand your point... I think I would consider twice before putting Leo as a leader kkk .. but as a character I keep thinking he is more interesting than Jason.. His history,powers and personality.. it all helps to make him look like the principal character of the book...
