Firstly, I'd like to say that I really liked your animation! It's generally pretty smooth and very cute!
Secondly, I'd like to adress some basic principles: I see that you have used follow through/overlapping action (different body parts have different timings; a vague definition) on the ears and the hair, however, I reckon that it was way too fast. My suggestion is that you exaggerate it (maybe continuing it on the following frames); moreover, it would be interesting to see the arms falling down to their original position as the character falls (although an indication of it could make more sense than animating the hole "arm-falling-down" movement. I think this part is up to you). Also, I can't tell if there was an attemp at "slow in and slow out" with the body, though I see it with the arms when they are going up; personally, I recommend using it, as objects need time to gain speed and slow down.
All in all, I think it is a great animation test! I'm still learning about animation (hopefully, I'll be always learning), so take what I say with a grain of salt. Most of what I know (if not all of it) has come from the internet and I'm sure that there are many videos and articles that can help!
