Well, Neko (A tiger) and Tanuki (A racoon) both became a cow back in Magic Neko 2.

I know I can come with a good reason for that. Hmm...ok how's this. Raccoons and tigers both like milk. Also, if you take the 'C' and 'O' in raccoon, and combine the two 'N's in Neko and Tanuki to form 'M', after which is flipped to make 'W', you get 'COW'.
...Ok, that was a lame explanation.
