I still take a decent amount of pictures, but they won't be up on DA. Had a bad encounter here and have pretty much decided to use Flickr most of the time.
I'm also trying to reassess what I'm doing, as some of it was getting old.

that said, i'm curious what you're reassessing... honestly, some of your work is stunning... not technically, necessarily... but in terms of concept... and construction of the objects you shoot... some of it was very strong work... really and truly...

That's lovely. Great composition. the detail of the wings is fantastic. I think this is my personal favourite of yours so far - I find some of your other assemblabges of found objects a little contrived-looking, but this one really works for me.
It's the kind of picture I decide I like the moment I see it, and then spend three minutes staring at trying to work out why.
