Here is a drawing I've been working on for a Skeletor design I'm doing.
Thought he should look a bit more bad ass. Got rid of the scepter, but might bring it back somehow well see. Anyways, not done, but I thought hey, its done enough to be viewed!

dude, i wish the original skeletor woulda been that badass! I was always the kid that was rootin for the badguys (cuz they looked cooler) and this woulda put him over the top into pure win.

Nice mixture of zombie + technology for Skeletor. I only miss the hood. It's a really typical detail.

This is brilliant! I love that... uh... fire oven thingy as his heart and how it lights up the inside of the mouth!
NOW this should have been the darkspawn in Dragon Age - it would be a more terryfing game if it was!

Beautiful work! My only complaint is that he looks more like Trap Jaw than Skeletor. I don't necessarily think that he needs the scepter (although he is a sorcerer, so that would help bring that point across). Making the sword separate from the hand would help differentiate him from Trap Jaw. Also, he absolutely needs his hood. Batman needs his ears, Superman needs his S, and Skeletor needs his hood.
The physique and the armor look great, though. I can't wait to see this finished. Are you doing this for fun, or are you working on some top-secret He-man project?

Skeletor is so badass he made it into World of Warcraft. Keldor the Lost in Outland. This pic takes Skeletor to a whole new level. Your rendering of his flesh and metal armour is beautiful. Personally I would like to see him with a hood.

he's got to have the scepter- otherwise we (old skool kids from back-in-tha-day..yo.. g) wouldn't have any reference that this is Skeletor.

The inner flame glow is cool. The cauldron like caged chest hole... and the mass of crazy spikes around.
