Finally finished him! Even though he looks like some demonic rip-off of the Joker with no makeup and grown out hair. And looks like Senkovah...
Anyway! He's for 's group !

Name: Sigurd Corella (no one knows his name, he never tells anyone. Cept maybe the Reaper? Maybe the mayor but probably not )
Age: Unknown
Birthday: Unknown
Species: Undead? Lich maybe.
Height: 6’7”
Weight: 150lbs.
Personality: Cocky, devious, morbid sense of humor, lies all the times, sometimes its obvious, sometimes not, never shows emotion unless it’s in his best interest, will trick people into doing his bidding, is never serious, remains alone but comes out once in a while to remind people he exists, very violent
Power: Feeds off the chaos around him and uses it to twist people’s minds, bring back the dead as his mindless zombies, contort people’s bodies as far as his imagination will allow. He can disconnect his body parts and then put them back together.
Strengths/Talents: Can sneak into a crowd without anyone noticing until he wants them to, is a crazy manipulator, knows when people are lying, is impervious to the chaos (or so it seems he’s already insane )
Weakness: Kids. He’d be an amazing parent if they didn’t terrify him.
How did you (your Character) arrive in the village of Cancer? He has just always been in his castle, travels to Cancer once in a while for some fun.
Past/Background Information: He never tells anyone, maybe he even forgot once the chaos enveloped him however long ago it happened. It seems like the chaos gave birth to him but no one knows. He stayed hidden away in his castle for a long time, most likely perfecting his abilities or making a sort to ‘truce’ with the madness or something weird. He didn’t show himself until the village of Cancer appeared which he then paid the mayor a little ‘visit’. Now he pops in without invitation or notice to make sure things are going as he wants them.
Side affects of the Antidote: He doesn’t use it.
Other: He loves color and goes out of his way to make himself more colorful. He dyes his hair different colors and everything in his room is colorful. The rest of the caslt though, is dull and gray, him prefering that he's the only thing colorful there.
He has a multitude of suits of all different colors, most likely his wardrobe looks like a freakin’ rainbow.
He absolutely loves the circus. Sometimes, masquerading as a ringleader named ‘Siggy’, he has his zombie slaves perform in the village of Cancer. I'll draw him as 'Siggy' at some point.
He hates food and will go out of his way to avoid children walking down the street.
He’ll wait a while to tell people he’s the High Ruler, preferring to watch then grovel and beg for forgiveness once he does let them know.

Yeah so... hopefully he's alright, I can change anything if it's a problem.
