...b-but I have a lame excuse, look at my other Wanted So pitiful the both of them, no one takes them seriously.

Anyways, this outline is so old, I drew it before I even finished Tybalt -.- But yeah finally finished her PFFT I suck

Name: Freya Allurann

Age: Pfft I don’t know mad old lol Like… older than Rufus Looks about 29ish though

Gender: Female

Class: Valkyrie/Priestess
Pokemon: Dialga
Type:

Ability: Pressure - She stares down at an opponent, her demeanor intimidating… or something pfft

Moves:
Power Gem - The gem on her breast plate thing glows and a ray of light comes from it, blinding the target
Earth Power - She focuses her energy and stabs her staff/spear into the ground, causes power to erupt underneath her opponent
Aura Sphere - The diamonds on her staff/spear glow and shoot at the opponent
Roar of Time - This is a move she will only use as a last resort. The markings on her body glow and a blast of power bursts from her

Accessory: Her staff/spear helps channel her powers etc. And… all her metal jewelry. I guess idk

Markings: The markings on her body, mostly down her stomach, arms and legs etc. some on her forehead, I guess if she was bald, it’d go over her scalp. The ones near her collar bones go around her shoulder and end at her shoulder blades, then there’s one that starts between the shoulder blades, then go down her back, ending at her waist? They glow when she uses her powers

Personality: She’s completely dispassionate, hardly ever having any emotion. She doesn’t feel bad for anyone in pain, or doesn’t feel proud when someone does something right etc. She is single-minded but very determined, will do anything to fight for her ideals. She will only ally herself with people if it’ll be to her advantage, otherwise she flies solo. IDK what else.

Talents: She is good with ranged fighting, usually able to keep a distance between her and her foes, making it hard to attack her (this could be from her time abilities, she can go to this separate dimension type thing, maybe take people with her, not confirmed but). Good at telling truth from lies etc. Freaking steel mental protection (could be because she has no emotions).

Weaknesses: She doesn’t find it necessary to treat allies with respect, seeming to believe she is of a higher species. She won’t listen to pleas or other ideas, she will only go for what she wants, and if asked for help, will only agree if it gets her closer to her goal. Will not feel sorry for what she does, does not explain her plans to those under her, makes them go through pain to prove their devotion to her cause.
Physically, she isn’t good with hand to hand combat so she makes sure she has enough distance from her opponent. But if you get up close there may be a chance.

Background:
What’s known to the guilds: Tybalt kept hinting to several people about a plan he had concerning Rufus. When he was captured by the fighters, Rufus tried to get it out of him, but lost his temper when Tybalt said things about his past that he shouldn’t know. Tybalt wouldn’t eat and he goaded others on, as if wanting to get the shit beat out of him. When asked, he mentioned that he had to prove himself.
As time went on, it was harder for Tybalt to resist, and he revealed that he was under the orders of someone named Freya and that she wanted something from Rufus. As well as the fact that if Tybalt was killed, or was close to death, Freya would appear and commence her plans. Both Rufus and Rita, as well as several others, tried to get it out of him what this plan was, but either he really didn’t know, or his fear of what Freya would do if he said anything kept him quiet.
As it was, Tybalt was accidently either killed or almost, and Freya appeared. She confronted Rita and took Tybalt away, somehow disappearing with him.
Rufus would get the word out to the other guilds once Rita let him know, and it seemed he welcomed this fight, perhaps growing restless or just wanted this whole thing with Tybalt to end. drama queen
What the guild’s don’t know: Freya came from a different dimension, part of a clan of legendary dragons. Each type is paired with another of the opposite gender and they are trained with excellent combat skills. Rufus’ mother was one of these, and for reasons unknown she left the clan and joined the other Rayquaza’s.
The male Dialga was killed, and it’s rumored that that was when Freya lost all emotion. But his death tied hand in hand with Rufus’ mother leaving, so it may not have been him that Freya lost.
More will come later. Maybe. Possibly. Whatever.

Why she’s a threat to the guilds: Whatever she has planned for Rufus isn’t good, and she’ll plow through anyone who gets in her way. She’ll give them a chance not to get involved though.
If comes into contact, notify one of the leaders immediately.

-Her face is usually always the one expression, there are only slight adjustments if she feels anything pfft.
-When she goes to this other dimension thing, there’s a beam of blue light and she seems to be sucked into the air and disappears
-It’s unsure of her and Tybalt’s relationship, but she’ll back him up with his recruiting other Wanted to their cause.
-When she speaks, her voice is monotone.
-Her staff is supposed to be as tall as her but PFFT fail at drawing
