I actually TRIED on this picture but ehh he's weird.
But he thinks he looks flashy. Which he does but maybe not in a good way.
Was totally tempted to make the fire his eyebrows

Moves:
Rollout - He’ll circle his opponent, shooting the bazooka at them, each attack getting stronger. Can only shoot at most 5 times in succession before having to reload
Fire Punch - His fist swirls with fire and he punches the opponent all... hotly.
Hammer Arm - He swings his fist, his arms strgthned by the contunied use of his bazooka and hits the enemy hard. Is a slow attack.
Flare Blitz - He shoots a HUGE ball of fire from his bazooka, incinerating anything it touches. This uses a TON of his energy though.

Accessory: His bazooka, which was made by his older brother. It shoots large bolder looking things that can be charged with his fire power. He calls it his baby.
And some goggles. To protect from sand.

Markings: The fire thingys coming out of his head, they become more firey when he uses fire powers.

Personality: He seems docile at first, always curious about everything and wanting to meet new people, blabbing to them about random stuff so he doesn’t feel awkward. He does has a temper, which is usually triggered randomly. Sometimes seems to be a bomb about to go off, but he’s fun to be around and will look up to those stronger than him as his idols.
He's now experiencing teen hormones, and became more show-offy, trying to impress people.

Talents: He’s great at ranged combat, usually causing havoc with his poor aim though. He’s good at breaking the silence and humor uhh… pfft don’t know what else.
After training with Tenere, he's become better at hand-to-hand combat.

Weaknesses: Very poor aim, but seeing his weapon, he’ll hit something. He hates getting wet, especially the bazooka and he hates getting dirty, always wanting to look bright and clean to make good first impressions. Likes to show off, and ends up making a fool of himself, is somewhat gullible.

Background: He lives on a different continent in a huge city with tall buildings etc. His parents had a job at a good company and his 2 older brothers both had their skills. Toebo followed them around everywhere, always idolizing their skills and wishing he was that cool.
Then one day his parents gave them the news that Toebo’s mother got an offer on another continent that she couldn’t refuse. Toebo would also accompany her, hopefully getting accepted to one of the four guilds. It was a teary parting, but they were all glad for the opportunities and wishing each other the best of luck. Toebo got the bazooka as a parting gift.
Toebo and his mother made it to Ghagonn, where his mother moved to Tarqua to start a small business. Toebo, not knowing what to do, heard about the fighters and wanted to become one of awesome skill. His mother agreed to it as long as he promised to write.
Now he lives in Dezzaviit, training to use his bazooka.

-He’s fascinated of all the new stuff in Dezzaviit.
-He misses elevators and revolving doors, though.
-He makes weird faces when he tries to think
-He also swears a lot, but replaces the swears with random words like “Son-of-a-poodle!”
