For the new group that I recently possibly finished. It's not entirely open for just normal characters, but Staff characters are NEEDED BADLY

Personality: Very dedicated to her job, she takes no time off for herself. Taking on the responsibilities of the Headmaster, she can be very strict to others. Having a no-nonsense attitude, she quick to punish, and slow to praise. Keeping a distance between her and other staff, she tends to not easily make friends. She keeps the headmaster’s secrets close to heart, and will never ever betray the school. If she knows of someone who did, or maybe even might, she will swoop down and punish them.

ACADEMY INFO

Profession: Applications Administrator

Years: She’s been in the academy since it was created 7 years ago.

MISC.

Background: Growing up in a large family, she was lost in the middle of all the other children and didn’t get much attention. She became very independent, and studied hard at school, promising herself that she would get her place in the world, somewhere she knew would be permanent.
Having trouble during college, she was quickly losing her confidence and drive. Her grades began to suffer, until she was contacted by a man. He promised to tutor her if she promised to come work for him after college.
Knowing only that the job would be in a private school, she jumped on the chance. Meeting him was surprising as he wasn’t what she expected, but his lessons soon returned her confidence and she graduated with flying colors. Even though many other sought her out, she followed her end of the bargain, and that’s when she first saw Iron Gates Academy.
Once she found out the true nature of the school, she balked, thinking it immoral. Her mentor then took her on a trip, showing her why, and how this school would change the world. Totally convinced, at the age of 26, she helped opened his school, in turn fulfilling his dream.
Ever since then she has remained loyal to the Headmaster and their school.

Other:
-She hardly ever cuts her hair.
-She is in charge of dealing with both students and staff. It’s only when one of them have excelled or messed up bad did she introduce them to the Headmaster.
-She only leaves the school when she is helping/chaperoning a mission.
-She does enjoy music, and usually can’t concentrate on her work without it.
-Despite her earlier problems with the schools morals, she believes in it whole-heartedly and will help others see it the same way.
