String Shot – Elsey spits out a sticky web that slows the foe.
Leech Life – He bites down on a foe, draining some of their energy.
Spider Web – He creates a web around his foe so they can’t escape.

Personality: Elsey is a wall flower. He stays at the edge of a crowd trying to blend into the wall, which usually works. But if he is noticed, he unnerves people for some odd reason. An odd individual in general he keeps to himself and doesn’t like visitors to his house. If he even has a house. Most people won’t know he exists unless they trip over him or some such.

Talents: He’s very unnoticeable at times so can sneak around quite a bit. Is an amazing eavesdropper because no one usually knows he’s actually there. Doesn’t talk much so he’s good at keeping secrets if anyone ever tells him anything. Good at escaping when in trouble.

Weaknesses: Has no physical defense whatsoever so if caught and can’t escape he’s doomed. Once his presence is known, it’s hard to forget he’s there because of his unnerving stare. Is easily forgotten. Umm… useless in a battle… etc.

History: Elsey lives with his family in the trunk of a large tree in the Asterus forest. They would go out scavenging for food etc. but one rule was drilled into each of the Twitch children’s heads: never be seen. Each child were masters at this art at a young age as the parents taught them nothing else.
One day, Elsey was out getting some berries when a winged man attacked him. He fled as fast as he could before even seeing who he was or what he wanted with him, but the fear the attack put in him made his mind unresponsive to logic. He made it back to his house empty handed, and couldn’t bring himself to tell his parents that he had been seen.
The next day he woke before everyone else and left the house. He told himself it was because he was too ashamed of failing the Twitch family’s code, but it was really because he did not ever want to see the bird man that lived around there ever again.

Other:
-It’s hard to catch him blinking
-The fur on his hands go up to about half his lower arm
-He lives by himself in one of the smaller Asterus tree houses
-Getting him to talk about where he’s from will only result in unintelligible mumblings and shifty eyes
-His secret dream is to evolve. He thinks it will make him more fearsome.
-If it’s not obvious, he’s probably terrified of everything.
