This started out as a vent art but then that song made me feel better for some reason.
When You're Evil by Voltaire is perfect for Senkovah, thanks *WolfPawDragonClaw for getting me addicted to it.
Cause... that was all I listened to while drawing this... and it got in my head... The fire eye should probly be lower but... sad thing is I moved it up to fix it

Ooh! It helps to go hair outlines quickly. What I usually do is make the head be JUST the head (so outlining a bald character) and making a new layer for the hair. Then making either a filled in outline/shape for the general shape of the hair (I did that with Xaena in the Fire&Ice duo thing) and then maybe making a new layer, making the brush size very small and making the brush fade out at a certain number of pixels. Then quickly drawing pretty much each strand and making the hair color lighter and darker and stuff. Duplicating layers and moving it around helps too!
Umm....yeah, that kinda helps, because it makes you draw the strands faster and it looks smoother?
