Description Really not proud of this at all idk it didn't turn out as good as I had hoped. I'll draw better picture or her definitely, I like her design a lot

Anyway, in response to Kendra hearing about all this bad stuff happening in the Alliances outside of the Neema Allience, her opinion of the outside world was verified for her: that things outside of what she knows is just too dangerous. She is certainly more afraid, but tries to hide it behind a smile which isn't shown here hah, but in her heart she knows she's terrified the danger will come to her in her home.

WOO first picture drawn for the group and it's my happy character being sad

AND IF ANYONE WANTS TO RP, I'D BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO RP IN COMMENTS OR NOTES
I'm not really able to RP in the chat room cause the computers I use apparently don't like DA chat.

Hasani had been watching the smoke since morning. Something was going on in the forest that much he was certain about. Had it been further south he'd have gone in and investigated, knowing the okapi village was down that way. He wasn't any less worried though. At the moment he was walking to the zebra village to see if he needed to help that old woman with anything for the day. On his way there he spotted a female zebra who looked a bit scared, glancing to the smoke and then looking away. He didn't see anything or anyone else around but walked over to be sure she was okay anyhow. "Hey there, everything alright?" He asked, ears flicked down a bit as he gave her a small smile.

AHHHHH
THANKS A BUNCH
WOO

Kendra was trying to calm herself down, but the more she thought about it, the more she got scared. hearing someone's voice, she quickly turned, hiding the fear from her face. A person! Just what she needed! She grinned a huge grin at him nodded a lot, "Hi! Umm..." She looked to the side at his question, her smile faltering, but she quickly pushed it back up, "I'm alright just... you know, something bad's happening and all." She motioned to the smoke. "Anyway.... I'm Kendra!" She stuck out her hand for him to shake.

Hiding her fear was pointless since the meerkat had come over for that reason but she smile anyway when she greeted him. "Hello Kendra, I'm Hasani." He took her hand, shaking it a few times politely before letting it go. "I was a bit worried you were maybe seeing something I wasn't." Glancing back to the trees and then to her he smiled again. "Well we shouldn't let that smoke bother us too much. Is there anything you were doing or would like to? I can keep you company or help if it's something I can assist with." He hated to think such a cute young lady was fretting over things she couldn't change. Better to distract those who couldn't handle such things with something else.

Kendra bit her lip when he talked more about the smoke, but once he changed the subject, she quickly jumped on that and nodded, smiling. "Yeah! I was going to go fishing because I'm running out of food." She frowned, "No, wait, I was going to umm..." She looked away, trying to remember what she had been doing before seeing the smoke. She tried not to glance back at it so looked at Hasani instead, "Actually, I was just working on some odd jewelry I sometimes make umm... see! Like this!'' She held out her foot where she had a bracelet on her ankle. "I make things like these!"

"Fishing oh well I-" Hasani started and stopped mid sentence as she changed her mind. As she spoke his green eyes flicked down, following her gesture. "Oh I see. I can help with that too then if you like. I actually make a lot of that kind of thing myself." currently he had nothing on him to show but he'd taken up the trade after leaving his home years ago so he could survive. "I'm not the best with the color combinations and usually have to work at it. But I can carve and smooth well enough." He added turning and heading towards the village as he assumed it was where she worked. "So other than the weather and other events how have you been enjoying Arhzung?" He asked making a little idle chit chat so he could get to know her a little.

Kendra listened, then turned after him, her braids whipping behind her head as she jogged to catch up. "Fine! I'm getting used to things! And hey! I'm good with the colors so if we work together on that than we could make something great!" She was almost skipping along next to him, her pent up energy awakening as she had gotten out of the rut that kept her thinking about the danger happening out there. 'So what do you want to try and make? A necklace?"

Kendra skipping was adorable and Hasani found himself smiling wider at having stumbled upon such amiable company. "Good to hear, I was worried the weather was scaring some people away." He replied chuckling a bit as  she  continued. "Oh wonderful I bet we could make some nice things together then. And a necklace  is a good place to start." The meerkat was pleased to see her smiling and upbeat. He hated the devastation and that anyone had to deal with it. So if he could provide a distraction from the goings on he was more than happy to. "Do we want to do beads, stones, wood or even seashells? Maybe find a nice combination?" A collaborative project sounded fun to him.

Her walking became more regular as she had to concentrate more on planning their project. "Yes! We should try ALL of them! I've never really tried that" she contemplated, tilting her head to the side. "Cause I wasn't sure if I'd just over do it! So you'll have to tell me when enough enough!" She swiped her hand across the air in front of her to signify cutting her off. Then she smiled at him, also glad to have found someone to talk to. "Thanks for talkin' to me!"
