Idk really don't like how his robe came out, it was waaaaaaaaaay better looking in my head

Name: Pino Villo Motara AKA “The Weather Man” but only to himself

Age: ??? looks about ehh… mid-thirties?

Gender: Male

Class: Sorcerer/Magician/Weatherman/whatever he calls himself. Shaman.
Pokemon: Sawsbuck
Type:

Ability: Sap Sipper - He absorbs any Grass-type moves and gains strength from them. He eats his vegetables I guess.

Moves:
Camouflage - He’s able to blend in to his surroundings and remain hidden from the untrained eye. As long as he keeps quiet.
Leech Seed - He plants seeds on a target and energy is sucked from them to him
Horn Leech - He stabs either his staff or his horns (sadly more of the later) into his opponent and is able to draw out energy from them and absorb it.
Nature Power - He’s able to tap into his surroundings to attack, the attack mirroring what’s around him. This is his strongest move, but it’s harder to do around/in man-made things.

Accessory: His staff that practically mirrors his horns in appearance. He says he fashioned it from another Sawsbuck’s antlers that he sawed off, but that doesn’t explain the long staff part. Other times he says he pulled it out of a magic tree and then the tree disappeared, never to be seen again. However he got it, it also changes appearance with the change of seasons like his antlers
Markings: As mentioned before his antlers change according to the weather. His skin as well as the few markings visible on his face also changes color slightly whenever the seasons change. These changes make him believe that he has a higher purpose in this world; he just doesn’t know what that is yet.

Personality: Very odd, but obviously untrustworthy. He makes up grand tales to impress those who’ll listen which makes it hard to believe anything he says. He’s a huge actor and loves a grand performance and will not be swayed if his ‘audience’ isn’t as enthusiastic. He seems to have different moods, it’s yet unsure if they’re just mood swings or he has different personalities. This becomes more apparent at the changes of the seasons, him being all jovial and chipper in the spring, hot tempered but flamboyant in the summer, cool and collected in the fall, and moody and depressed in the winter. These quirks do make him lovable, but he has a tendency to cause trouble with his magic, which landed him on the Wanted list in the first place.
He can be heard talking to someone when no ones there, apparently a woman.

Talents: Despite his odd behavior, he is a good mage and can warp the nature around him slightly to pull little pranks. Ever woke up to find something very strange about yourself but couldn’t figure out what? Or maybe you suddenly found yourself somewhere you didn’t recognize just walking home. This may be attributed to Pino’s strange connection to the nature of things and its changes.

Weaknesses: He’s physically weak and only has his magic to rely on. That in itself isn’t all reliable because neither is his mind which controls the magic. He’ll loose track of what he’s been doing and overdo things. A constant liar, he’s never taken seriously. He’s stuck in his own little world, whether this is a good thing or bad isn’t apparent.

Background: Not much is known about his past, the strange man suddenly appearing in Ghagonn when small strange happenings began. Anyone who asks is given a different story.
One being that he was suddenly released from a tree, already a grown man, full of magic. He went to those who needed him and healed the sick, bringing hope to them. But then some got jealous and drove him away as they tried to sacrifice him to their god and take his horns for their power.
Another story is that he lived quietly in a cottage with his wife. Magic wasn’t in there family and he was successfully growing a farm. One day he came home from the fields to find his wife dead. He set out on a grisly adventure to find her murderer and avenge her death. He did meet up with this stranger, but instead the murderer turned out to be a great magician, and cursed Pino to always know when the worst is coming and he’ll be able to do nothing for it.
There are many others, each beginning with him being kind and good, and ending with someone or something taking that away from him.
That could be assumed to be what actually happened to him, but the details may never be known.
Or maybe he really was born from a tree.

Why he’s a threat to the guilds: He’s not so much a threat, more like a nuisance. He causes trouble at the right moment to be exceedingly obnoxious but his skills at concealment makes his capture difficult. No one tries very hard anyways because he does seem rather amusing.

Other:
-He says his favorite season’s spring when it’s spring, but summer when it’s summer and so on.
-Is fun to talk to when you’re bored.
-Let’s people touch the leaves on his horns, but oddly enough not his staff.
-He claims his robes where given to him by the weather god.
-Doesn’t seem to ever travel anywhere, just appears as if he teleported randomly. This obviously isn’t what happens, he just conceals himself until he gets where he’s going.
-Doesn’t do well in buildings or closed off tight spaces etc.
-Always needs the sky above him, except in natural caves.
