old pic I drew this a looooong time ago but then realized I closed the thieves. Go figure.

Ability: Compoundeyes - Causes him to have excellent accuracy, helping him with his ranged attacks, those ending up to be more useful to him.

Moves:
Scratch - Scratches the opponent with his little knives.
Harden - Bunkers down preparing himself for an attack raising his defense etc.
Leech Life - Stabs a small needle into a target from behind that’s touched with poison, sapping their energy.

Accessory:
-Has various small weapons, he favors kunais and shurikens, as well as a few poison darts.
-Always wears his mask outside, it’s tight enough to see his mouth’s expression and when he yawns it probly get’s in his way.
-Wears a gold earring on his left ear.

Markings:
-The green on his clothes and wings should be like the color of the words on his template. The brown should also be duller/lighter like with Nincadas.
-He has black circles around his eyes, his eyes are supposed to be the same green as the rest on him.
-There’s scaring from the corner of his eye, across the bridge of his nose to the corner of his other eye. Both him and his twin got these at the same time, their caretakers believed they did it themselves to look cool. Who knows.

Personality: At first glance he seems very dull and uninteresting, but if you stay to talk you’ll find out he has quite the dead-pan humor. Always saying what’s on his mind, he won’t spare anyone from his criticism. When similar techniques are aimed right back at him he’ll treat it as a contest to see who can come up with the best insults. Doesn’t usually feel close to others except when he’s on a mission and kills his target. Enjoys his job and wouldn’t give it up for anything. He will not tolerate anyone getting between him and his prey, and will treat anyone trying to as if they were the one he was hunting. Isn’t at all merciful, but may cut you loose if you have enough money.

Talents:
-Is extremely stealthy and has good speed.
-Knows how to use the shadows and his surroundings to his advantage.
-Has good defense against mind attacks/is able to keep his cool.
-Is an excellent liar not a good talent but
-Works well with a variety of weapons, but only those good with speed and stealth (ex. he’s not good with huge axes and the like)

Weaknesses:
-Doesn’t have the best physical defense so he keeps his distance.
-Doesn’t work well with others which may cause him to make missions fail if he’s part of a team effort
-Keeps personal issues to himself so he’ll never be getting over what’s bothering him.
-Thinks highly of his skill/is egoistic
-Doesn’t listen to advice, even if he knows it’s right etc.

Background: Toto was put into an orphanage with his twin brother Favi. They were inseparable, always getting each other into trouble and getting each other out of it. Favi acted as the older brother and it was usually Toto who got them in trouble.
One such instance, Toto wanted to leave the orphanage but he wouldn’t without Favi. Favi knew they had to wait till they were old enough to be on their own, but at the age 15 Toto felt like that was old enough. He tricked Favi into leaving the orphanage and not making it back in time for curfew.
There was a bad storm and no shelter to find, and the two brothers found themselves separated. The next morning when Toto came out from the crate he had hidden in, as much as he tried he couldn’t find Favi. As the years went on, he became more bitter towards the world, and to Favi himself.
What he doesn’t tell people is that sometimes he hears Favi’s voice and that he talks back to him.

Other:
-If anyone catches him ‘talking’ to Favi, he’ll shrug and say it’s his imaginary friend.
-Sleeps in trees.
-Doesn’t like fire-type pokemon so like the smart person he is he eggs them on constantly.
-His wings are totally useless. Such an annoyance to him. All they can do is flutter. It’s not even threatening.
-Sometimes takes the mask off when he can’t breathe. Idk why he wears it. Ask him.
