Description
some people have commented on some of my infrared photos (of desert landscapes) "it looks like Mars" - here's one that does, actually of Mars after some terraformation has taken place, which is a subject in science fiction literature. shot in infrared (full spectrum converted camera, 590 nm filter), colours manipulated in LightRoom. picture Β flying across Arizona, over Meteor Crater east of Flagstaff. what do you think?Related content

It looks like Mars driving out to it too. Β Always a cool place to go, although I haven't been there for years. Β
I knew some guys that went out there in the 70s when you could camp out and hunt for meteorites, but they don't let you do it anymore.
