I painted this with an idea in mind of a shot of Rainbow Dash flying with her friends and thought it would make a nice illustration. It took me a while to learn the technique for painting the wings without outlines and I think it worked out. I painted Twilight being startled that Dash nearly crashed into them while having a conversation with Fluttershy and Flutters is all like "Well, it is RD day, Twilight."Edit: Added a faint rainbow contrail.
