Fun Fact: Terry Klassen did the voice for both Cut Man in the Ruby-Spears Mega Man Cartoon and Krillin in the Ocean dub of Dragonball Z.

This was just a fun idea I had, and wanted to combine these two characters which is why his name starts with K instead of C. This makes sense considering they have so much in common. They're both short guys with a lot of orange in their appearances, who take a lot of damage, move quickly and use cutting techniques. The glowing Rolling Cutter is a reference to the Destructo Disk. I just wanted to make a quick drawing to post, and thought this would be good. Considering this is the first time I've ever drawn Krillin or Cut Man, I'm pleased with the end result.
