If I wouldn't look at her bag this could be taken in Finland some 60 years ago. I've seen paintings from Finnish artists that are very similar to this. The outfit, the wrinkles that I adore.

This is expressive and leaves me a bit confused because I'm not sure what kind of emotion this "should" awake in me. The last one of those passing my mind is that I wish her to see beautiful images behind her closed eyelids.
