I can tell you like Neru from your picture...so im thinking that you might have changed the files around with the Arrow Neru model if you downloaded her too...Don't mix around the files in the folder or the model won't work and don't put all of the files in one folder...because they start borrowing textures from each other...
If its not that...then Its probably your mmd program because the model is working well for everyone else
