Hello people ^^ I was bored agian (seriously I have no life around this time) and this idea suddenly popped up in my head and I allready wanted to draw my Kelpy mare Otega for a while and practice some cartoonish style. And this is it

Depends what you mean with actual kelpies, if you mean like the monster-like-onces than I think that the European Kelpies aren't much like the actual kelpies, there also alot less dangerous. [link] (breedsheet)
